2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful business and informational purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with website functionality or security
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse our content without permission
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful files
  • Use our website or services to violate the rights of others

We may restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. No Guarantee of Results

CrewOps Systems may provide website, marketing, SEO, automation, workflow, CRM, and business systems services intended to improve organization, lead capture, follow-up, visibility, and operational efficiency.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue increases
  • Specific lead volume
  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Specific conversion rates
  • Specific advertising results
  • Specific business outcomes
  • That any automation, website, or system will eliminate all manual work

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, offer quality, pricing, responsiveness, sales process, customer demand, advertising, search engine changes, and the client’s own follow-through.

4. Website and Service Content

The information on our website is provided for general business and educational purposes.

Website content, blog posts, service descriptions, guides, examples, and recommendations do not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

5. Service Engagements

Any paid service, project, audit, buildout, Workflow Pack, Website Command Center, implementation, or ongoing support agreement may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or written scope.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls for that specific project.

6. Proposals, Pricing, and Scope

Pricing shown on the website may be listed as “starting at,” estimated, or range-based.

Final pricing depends on factors such as:

  • Page count
  • Website complexity
  • Admin hub features
  • Workflow complexity
  • Integrations
  • Automation requirements
  • Content needs
  • Migration needs
  • Client tools and software
  • Timeline
  • Custom functionality
  • Support requirements

Configurator estimates, online pricing ranges, or verbal estimates are not final unless confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Any work not clearly included in the approved scope may require a change order, updated estimate, or additional fee.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be listed in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, projects may require a deposit before work begins. Final payment may be required before launch, delivery, transfer, or handoff.

CrewOps Systems may pause work, delay delivery, or withhold launch/handoff if required payments are not received.

Client is responsible for any third-party fees, software subscriptions, hosting fees, domain fees, payment processor fees, SMS/email usage fees, or integration costs unless specifically included in writing.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Because CrewOps Systems provides custom strategy, website, automation, implementation, and business systems work, deposits and payments may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

If a project is canceled, paused, or delayed by the client, CrewOps Systems may bill for work completed, time spent, expenses incurred, and reserved project capacity.

Refund terms, if any, will be governed by the specific proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed to complete the project.

This may include:

  • Login access
  • Website access
  • Domain/DNS access
  • Hosting access
  • CRM/software access

  • Copy/content
  • Reviews/testimonials
  • Approval feedback
  • Payment details
  • Team/user information
  • Current workflow details

Delays in providing required information, access, payment, or approvals may delay project timelines.

CrewOps Systems is not responsible for delays caused by missing client information, third-party platforms, software limitations, or client approval delays.

10. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

11. AI and Automation

CrewOps Systems may use AI tools, automation tools, templates, scripts, prompts, integrations, and workflows as part of service delivery.

AI and automation outputs may require human review. Clients are responsible for reviewing, approving, and using AI-generated or automated content, messages, workflows, and recommendations appropriately.

CrewOps Systems does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every use without review.

12. Website Launches, Automations, and Technical Work

CrewOps Systems will use reasonable efforts to test websites, forms, dashboards, automations, workflows, and integrations before launch.

However, technical systems may be affected by:

  • Software updates
  • Plugin or integration conflicts
  • User error
  • Incorrect access credentials
  • Incorrect client-provided information

Clients are responsible for promptly reviewing delivered work and notifying CrewOps Systems of any issues.

13. Revisions and Change Requests

Revisions are limited to what is included in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Additional revisions, new features, additional pages, expanded workflows, new integrations, content rewrites, design changes, or out-of-scope requests may require additional fees.

CrewOps Systems may require written approval for change orders before beginning additional work.

14. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, once final payment is received, the client owns the final approved website content, pages, designs, and project deliverables created specifically for that client, excluding CrewOps Systems’ pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, methods, processes, prompts, internal systems, and reusable components.

CrewOps Systems retains ownership of:

  • Internal frameworks
  • Workflow structures
  • Templates
  • Reusable code
  • Design systems
  • Prompts
  • Automation patterns
  • Training materials
  • SOP structures
  • Proprietary processes
  • CrewOps Systems brand assets
  • CrewOpsPro-related assets

Clients may not resell, redistribute, copy, or commercialize CrewOps Systems’ templates, frameworks, workflow packs, prompts, or proprietary systems without written permission.

15. Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, CrewOps Systems may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, social media, proposals, and website examples.

We may use the client’s business name, logo, project screenshots, general project description, and results where appropriate, unless restricted by written agreement.

16. Confidentiality

CrewOps Systems may receive access to client business information, software accounts, workflows, customer data, marketing data, or internal processes.

We will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will not intentionally disclose confidential client information except as needed to provide services, use approved tools, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing access using appropriate permissions and removing access when no longer needed.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewOps Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, services, tools, automations, recommendations, or deliverables.

CrewOps Systems’ total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to CrewOps Systems for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as provided” basis.

CrewOps Systems makes no warranties that:

  • The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Services will meet every expectation

  • Automations will operate without interruption forever
  • Business results are guaranteed

Any warranties must be stated in a separate written agreement.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewOps Systems, its owners, contractors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our website or services
